Breathe | Move | Thrive Welcome to April's Breathe, Move, Thrive Newsletter. Spring has officially sprung, even if we have been experiencing some extreme cold weather here this week. Despite that we are springing into action with the MOVE FOR UKRAINE FITNESS FUNDRAISER this Saturday. Grab your trainers, a yoga mat, a bottle of H20, (and plenty of layers) and join us on Eastney Beach this Saturday for a BFIT with Billie fitness class, followed by yoga and meditation with Kat Waters Yoga. The Southsea Deli Horse Box and Wills Bakeaway will be joining us on the morning, donating any profits made from the event. This is a free event, all we ask is that you make a minimum donation of £5 to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal run by The British Red Cross Society but we fully understand if you are unable to do so at this time and giving what you can is appreciated. BREATHWORK, MEDITATION AND COLD WATER IMMERSION

These three elements will help you harness the power of your breath, body and mind. Each of these practices will boost your immune system, reduce inflammation and improve mental, psychological and emotional clarity. Join me for this monthly session and thrive.

The Kings Centre, Somers Road, Southsea

Something fun for your hump day, a Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model® Method class format that is built to eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance. Designed to stretch, strengthen and heal from head-to-toe. These specialised routines balance out your entire physiology.

Not a classic yoga class but definitely one for all bodies looking to work a little slower, reset bad habits and work on those body blind spots. Helping to improve posture, strengthen from head to toe and eliminate pain.
