Self Myofascial Release
Experience the power of self-myofascial release, a gentle, therapeutic approach to easing tension and restoring balance in your body. Using soft therapy balls, you’ll massage muscles and fascia to improve mobility, enhance coordination, reduce stress and support overall well-being. This practice is accessible, mindful and designed to leave you feeling grounded, open and renewed.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep or its more recent term, Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), is a guided meditation that leads the practitioner into a state between wakefulness and sleep; a place of profound relaxation and inner stillness.
Through a series of guided gentle mental exercises, Yoga Nidra allows the practitioner to disengage from the conscious mind, release layers of tension, stress and anxiety and support healing from conditions such as PTSD and other psychological imbalances. Physiologically, it can lower inflammation, calm the nervous system and restore balance.
On a deeper level, Yoga Nidra offers a pathway to self connection, insight and mastery.

TESTIMONIAL
I have been lucky enough to have enjoyed three yoga retreats with Kat, my first in 2019, in Cornwall.
Each one has been slightly different, but all have been amazing. An opportunity to meet new friends and hear about different journeys in lovely environments and safe spaces. The yoga is always well thought out and Kat will work with her students to make sure they get the very best from the experience.
What Kat brings as a teacher and friend is totally unique, her warmth, understanding and compassion shine from her. Her classes are always varied and can be challenging. Since working with Kat I feel so much more positive about my journey into my latter years, her approach to teaching is inspiring and joyful.
