Welcome to the March edit of the Breathe, Move, Thrive Newsletter.

Here we are in a New Week, New Month, a New Moon and New Beginnings. This Wednesday, we experienced a New Moon in the astrological sign of Pisces. Pisces is the mystical sign that is all about dreams, soul mates, poetry, intuition and a time to dream of a better world coming into being; for yourself, your loved ones, for every person and creature on the planet.

Pisces is also the sign of compassion and empathy. Its element is mutable water, which reminds us of our more mystical side, making this week the perfect opportunity to manifest all your hopes, wishes, dreams and all that you desire and all that you wish for the world and its inhabitants.

Below is a simple meditation you can try to help with this.

Lie down for 10-15 minutes with your eyes closed and reflect on the year that was as we move into spring.

Then think of where you are in your life and take a moment to be grateful for all that you have and all that is good.

Finally, allow your imagination to run wild as you think and visualise of where you want to go in your life in the coming 12 months and how you wish to see the world healed.

The Yoga & Brunch events are the perfect opportunity to be nourished and return to wholeness.
