Entering Spring with a refreshing and revitalising weekend of yoga, breathwork, contrast therapy, self-massage, meditation and Yoga Nidra. Walks in the surrounding countryside and opportunities for rest, reflection and peace. All meals, snacks and drinks are included with cost of the weekend course and are locally sourced, inspired, nourishing and plant-based.

Drop-In class to be used on the date of purchase. Block bookings are for consecutive weeks, cancellations and non-attendance are non-refundable or transferable
